Community Profiles
The Memorial Fund commissioned the collection of information about
children and families, and about investment made by government and
philanthropy in early childhood services. Below we provide, when
available:
Fiscal Scans: Scans for each community of investments in early childhood
services (in Adobe Acrobat PDF format or in Excel format) in the first
two columns (these files are fully defined and explained in the
Fiscal Scan Guide).
Early Childhood Community Profiles: child and service data,
in the third column (See Guidance for help on
using these profiles).
Statewide Resources related to the Fiscal Scans:
As part of the Fiscal Scan we have also provided additional statewide, regional,
and town level data for download in Tables A-1 through A-5 (see
Fiscal Scan Guide
for an explanation of these tables).
